Consistent work conducted on privatization of state property contributed to creation of multi structural economy in the Republic of Uzbekistan. As a result of this work ownership form of about 130 thousand enterprises, entities and property has been changed, including over 80 thousand as legal entities on basis of which 55 thousand enterprises with different forms of ownership were created. Over 55 thousand units of state property, including 1841 in 2004, were privatized in form of property, property rights (on land) and individual entities on exchange, auction and tenders during period of 1992 - 2005.
Previous years of political and economic independence and Uzbekistan's own model of transition to market relations testify the successful choice of strategic directions of the state policy in forming and development of class of real property-owners.
