Scope of Activity:
- analysis on Transformation Processes related to Property Interrelations, elaboration of Proposals concerning determination of the Main Trends for the Private Property’s Further Development;
- elaboration of the scientifically-based Proposals on deepening the Privatization Processes, their mechanisms’ improvement aimed at providing Maximal Simplification and Transparency of Privatization;
- elaboration of Proposals concerning further development and improvement of the Institutions and Mechanisms for the State Property Management, Corporate Governance at the Privatized Enterprises;
- research and studies of the theories and practices of Merger of the Enterprises into Integrated Corporation Structures, elaboration of proposals on Restructuring of the Operating and Creation of the New Economic Associations;
- analysis of the Current State and Trends in the development of the Securities’ and Real Estate Markets and their Infrastructure, elaboration of proposals concerning improvement of their functioning within the conditions of the Economy Liberalization Process;
- preparation and publishing of Scientific Works as well as elaboration of the drafts of the Legislative and Methodic Documents in accordance with the Center’s scope of activity, improvement of the professional skills of the State Property Committee’s staff-members.
