Foreign investors have brought investments into privatized enterprises in way of technologic equipment, raw material and material supplies, repair works performed on buildings, all for the total amount of 18245,5 thousand US Dollars related to  35 sites. Among those were 12 sites belonging to the National Holding Company "UzbekNefteGaz" (filling stations in Tashkent City and Ferghana Region), 12 enterprises of consumer goods' complex, 3 enterprises belonging to the Association "UzElTechSanoat" etc. 

As analyses show, investments contributed by investors are mainly directed at modernization of privatized productions, reconstruction and technical equipment of the enterprises. Within the structure of the investments made - purchase of technological equipment and spare parts constitutes over 60 percent. The remaining part is related to work capital replenishment, paying off the enterprises' credit liabilities etc.
