Main activities:
- keeping of all registered corporate bonds issued in the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- keeping and registration of corporate securities - state assets;
- keeping a correspondence accounts with second level depositaries;
- confirming the existence and authenticity of securities being sold on stock and over OTC markets by participants;
- delivery of securities sold to participants of stock and OTC markets for fulfillment of transaction;
- gathering and systematization of information on movement of securities among depositaries.
- Specific activity of the Central Depositary is keeping of bonds, which are the state assets, functioning as settlement depository, also rendering services to privatization investment funds.
