State Commission for Conducting Tenders on Sales of State Property to Foreign Investors (Resolution by the Commission dated April 25, 2011 № 02-8-36)

 In accordance with the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan № RP-672 dated July 20, 2007 hereby informs on the extension of the deadline for submission of bids related to the previously announced tender:

Deadline of tender bid submission expires at 12:00 am Tashkent time on June 7, 2011.

Hotel «Dedeman Silk Road Tashkent» is located in the center of Tashkent city at the crossing of Alisher Navoi and Amir Temur. Hotel «Dedeman Silk Road Tashkent» categorized "4 stars". The hotel has 206 comfortable rooms, restaurant, cafe, bar, night club, also has all the facilities for conferences and business meetings.  At the hotel functions a health club «Life Style».

LLC «ISSIQLIKQUVVATTA'MIR» is located in Yakkasaray district of Tashkent. The company was put into operation in 1997. The main activity of the enterprise is the construction and erection work, capital repair and construction of intra-and main heating systems, civil and erection works for premises of communal services .

Children's Health Camp "Rohat"  is  located in Alat district of Bukhara region. Put into operation in 1974, is on balance the Department of Agriculture and Water Resources of Alat district.  In a well-calculated manner to receive and service 160-190 people a year. The total area is 9,078 square meters, under the buildings and constructions - 895 sq.m. The territory has 11 buildings and structures.

Investors who are  wishing to participate in the tender shall submit a properly completed and signed Application for Participation and Confidentiality Statement.

In this case, the Tender Documentation package including Information Memorandum, Tender Rules and the Form  of a Tender Offer may be obtained upon presenting to the State Property Committee the filled in and signed Application and Confidentiality Statement together with a copy of a document  confirming  the payment made.
