Identifying, adjustment, set-off of  the mutual obligations in process of performing the operations on collection, checking and correction of the information on the transaction;

Deposition of Financial Means and Securities by the Chamber’s Members and Clients aimed at performance of purchases and sales;

Providing information to the Exchange and Over-the-Counter Sales’ Organizers on deposited Securities and Financial Means by the Chamber’s Members and Clients;

Obtaining the information from the sales’ organizers on registered transactions with the aim of  settlement of accounts related to the deals concluded between the Parties concerned;

Receiving from the Chamber’s Members and Clients the documentation on Clearing Transactions made by them;

Settlement of accounts based on the Register of the Exchange Organizer or Purchase and Sale Agreements presented by the Parties concerned;

Documentation or report drafting and forwarding them on performance as the basis for financial transfer;

Financial transfers related to the Fulfillment of Obligations and Success Fee payments.

Control over the simultaneity between the Fulfillment of Obligations on Financial Means and Securities, i.e. observance of “Delivery versus Payment” principle.

Currently, the CJSC SCC "Elsis-KIiring provides its services on the transactions performed at «Toshkent» Republican Stock Exchange, Republican Real Estate Exchange and CJSC ESOCT «Elsis-Savdo».
